- Owned the Stock Age Index BI product end to end: requirements, data modeling, dashboard development, validation, rollout, and adoption.
- Interviewed stakeholders across eight teams to identify reporting bottlenecks and prioritize the product roadmap.
- Built recurring Power BI and SQL reporting used by 30+ logistics operators for weekly decisions.
- Automated Python extraction, reconciliation, and validation workflows that replaced manual spreadsheet work.
- Surfaced expiry risk across 300+ SKUs and translated findings into leadership-ready updates.
